Accredited First Aid Course to learn first aid skills for incident response, including resuscitation and AED operation.

This First Aid Course provides training in the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response, life support and management of any casualties, the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.
It also includes the skills and knowledge required to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and operation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in an emergency in line with ANZCOR Guidelines as endorsed by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC).

Our 4 hour LVR and CPR course results in a Statement of Attainment for competency in rescue from a live LV panel and providing CPR.

This LVR and CPR Training program provides participants with the confidence and competency required to perform CPR on an unconscious casualty, in the context of those having suffered electrocution.
The Low Voltage Rescue component of this program covers the skills and knowledge required for a person to be able to carry out a risk assessment of an electronically hazardous situation and perform low voltage rescue procedures without hazard to themselves or others.
Our four hour course includes practical training and results in a Statement of Attainment for competency in rescue from a live LV panel and providing CPR.

Pain Management Training


Complete our Pain Management Course to learn all aspects of administration of restricted analgesics as a first responder.

Pain Management Training involves learning the skills and knowledge required to administer restricted analgesics to provide pain management as part of a medically supervised first responder organisation.
Modules include identifying the need for analgesia; accessing, preparing and administering restricted pain relief such as analgesics and aspirin according to medically endorsed protocols; performing casualty handovers and completing analgesic use requirements.
A pre-requisite for this comprehensive four hour course is our Accredited First Aid Course.

This 6 hour course in First Responder Training is for people in operational roles in the field of Coal and Metalliferous Mining.

First Responder Training provides the skills and knowledge required for people working in operational roles to undertake initial response First Aid.
Learn how to plan and prepare for initial response First Aid, assess situations and apply First Aid. Includes incident recording and reporting requirements.
This six hour course describes a participant’s skills and knowledge required to apply initial response First Aid in Coal and Metalliferous mining.





Remote First Aid


Undertake this Remote First Aid Course to learn how to provide First Aid to a casualty in a remote or isolated situation.

This Remote First Aid Course provides the knowledge and skills required to provide first aid to a casualty in a remote and/or isolated situation.
It also includes the skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life threatening emergencies using basic life support measures only.
A two or three day course, this course includes details on how to accurately gather and convey incident information.





Occupational First Aid 


Learn advanced first response skills in this Occupational First Aid Course, as well first aid facility requirements in the workplace.

Our Occupational First Aid Course provides the knowledge and skills for the provision of advanced first aid response and life support.
It includes management of casualties, the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance, and provision of support to other providers.
As an Occupational First Aid Course, it also addresses the establishment and maintenance of facilities to enable or facilitate the provision of appropriate first aid in the workplace.
