Underground Search Fire & Rescue

First arrival Incident Management - Underground Search, Fire & Rescue program provides the knowledge and skills to perform underground search and rescue and to respond and control underground fires in an underground metalliferous mining context. It relates specifically to operating in a team under the guidance of a competent team leader in a hostile environment which may be hot, humid, toxic and/or irrespirable or combinations of the same with reduced visibility.
