DESCRIPTION
This unique Team Performance program builds emergency preparedness, situational awareness, decision making, technical skill capability enhancement, communication and the safety leadership skills required for an effective and cohesive incident response.
Focusing on frontline workplace responders, TPP transforms individual capability in both technical and human skill areas by tailoring the challenges to suit each participant. These individual changes trigger a ripple effect within the team, leading to positive cultural shifts that enhance overall team performance.

- PUATEA001 Work in a team
- PUATEA002 Work autonomously
- RIIERR302E Respond to local emergencies and incidents
- PUASS00054 Basic Rescue Skill Set:
- PUACOM001 Communicate in the workplace
- HLTAID003 Provide first aid
- PUAEQU001 Prepare, maintain and test response equipment
- PUALAW001 Protect and preserve incident scene
- PUASAR022 Participate in a rescue operation
- PUASS00084 SES First aid and safety skill set:
- HLTAID003 Provide first aid
- PUAWHS002 Maintain safety at an incident scene
CERTIFICATION
A Statement of Attainment listing individual units of competency will be issued to participants upon successful completion.
