Q. What should I do if my product is faulty?

A. If your item is faulty, please contact us during business hours on (02) 4283 9300, so we can assess the extent of the fault and provide instructions on what to do with the item.

Q. My item is under warranty. Should I contact the RR+R shop or the manufacturer?

A. Please contact us during business hours on (02) 4283 9300 and we will advise you how to access the warranty.

Q. Am I able to return or exchange an item?

A. To exchange or return an item simply contact us during business hours on (02) 4283 9300. We'll then assess your items and once approved allow the exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Manuals, packaging and accessories must accompany electronic products.

Q. How do I return a large bulky items?

A. If you need to return an item that is large or bulky please contact us during business hours on (02) 4283 9300.

Q. I cannot find the item I require. Are there more items for sale than those advertised on the RR+R shop?

A. Yes, we have an extensive range of items for sale, much more than we are able to promote on our site. Please contact us during business hours on (02) 4283 9300 if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Q. How do I modify or cancel an order?

A. You are able to cancel or modify an order after placing it, if the order has not been despatched. Please call us during business hours on (02) 4283 9300 and have your order confirmation number on hand.

Q. How do I change my mailing address?

A. If you wish to change your mailing details, please contact us immediately during business hours on (02) 4283 9300. If your order has not been despatched we may be able to assist. 

Q. My order has only been part shipped. Why?

A. If your order has been part shipped, it generally means that not all of the goods ordered were available at the time of picking your order. RR+R may elect to part ship your order to ensure that you receive available products as soon as possible. You will not be charged extra for freight. In the case of part shipment, you can contact our team during business hours on (02) 4283 9300 for further information on the ETA of your remaining goods.
