Getting Started

Work through these steps to get up and running in minutes.

Receive your SMS invite and keep it handy - it contains your secure sign-up link.

Using the link, download Connecteam from your respective app store.

Create your account using your mobile number. Your details will be pre-populated - please verify everything is accurate.

Watch this short guide to learn the basics of using Connecteam.

This helps us contact you quickly and roster you correctly.

Add a profile photo (clear headshot).

Update contact details - mobile, email, address.

Add an emergency contact with phone number.

So you never miss schedule updates or messages.

Enable push notifications for Connecteam.

Allow location services when required for shifts/training.

Set your availability and preferred work hours.

Understand how to view your roster and manage shifts.

Make sure you can see and respond to shifts.

Open the Schedule to confirm you can see your roster.

Accept or decline a test shift (if one is assigned).

Try clock in/out once (if time clock is enabled for you).

Keep your qualifications and policies up to date.

Upload licences & qualifications (PDF or photo).

Read & acknowledge policies (Code of Conduct, WHS, etc.). Find these under ‘Policies’ in the app.
